I have more than 17 years’ experience in the trade, where I have commissioned, managed and edited hundreds of titles at Templar Books, Big Picture Press, Autumn Publishing and Miles Kelly. Those books have sold more than 2 million copies and been translated into over 30 languages. Most recently I held the position of Senior Commissioning Editor at Templar Books.

I specialise in illustrated nonfiction for ages 3–12 years, novelty, preschool and licensing. My interests in non-fiction are broad. I have substantial experience in natural history, science and space, subjects that I love, but my breadth also covers classical music, food and social-political issues. I have worked with top talent, including Dr Dean Lomax, Emma Dodd, Sarah Maycock and ITN, and flagship IP, including the multi-million selling Ology series and the Gigantosaurus animation publishing.
